Our Company
Conelsur is part of Transelec Group and has been present in the Peruvian market since 2016.
We operate an extensive electric power transmission network stretching over approximately 1000 kilometers of lines in the departments of Lima, Junín, Cajamarca, La Libertad, Huancavelica and Arequipa, securing the power supply in various regions of the country.
We are committed to the operational excellence of the electric power system, people’s safety, respect for our environment and the country’s development. We aim to consolidate our presence as strategic partners of large-scale mining and Peru’s industrial world through dedicated projects.

With more than 80 years of experience, Transelec Group has been a pillar in the construction and operation of critical infrastructure for the development of Chile and the wellbeing of its inhabitants. Today, its leadership goes beyond being the main power transmission company in Chile: it has expanded its presence to Peru and is promoting projects in key sectors such as water supply, energy storage systems and mining infrastructure.
The Group is owned by an international consortium formed by the Canadian funds Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP), British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (bcIMC) and Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP), along with the Chinese company China Southern Power Grid International (CSGI).
